The story behind the artwork

Top of the World, Whistler BC is a 24 x 24 inch custom oil painting commission by Canadian artist Graham Watts. Inspired by Whistler’s alpine terrain, this piece shows how a mountain memory can be transformed into a personal, one-of-a-kind painting.

Whistler commissions are especially meaningful for collectors with memories of skiing, hiking, family trips, cabins, mountain homes, or time spent in the Sea-to-Sky region. Graham works with clients to shape the subject, scale, colour palette, and emotional tone of each original painting.

Contact Graham Watts Art Store to discuss a custom Whistler, Blackcomb, ski, mountain, wildlife, or Vancouver painting commission.
